Presentation of Books in Memory of Roddy Day

A welcome assembly took place today as the friends and colleagues of the late Roddy Day presented books donated in his memory. Roddy was a teacher in the school until he retired in 2001. He was a loved and much respected teacher by the whole community. He had a passion for reading and his friends, family and colleagues thought that this donation would be a fitting memorial. As you can see from the pictures below, our library is going to be greatly enhanced.
