Operation Transformation 2018

The four schools of Ladyswell NS, St Patrick's Corduff and Riversdale CC are joining forces to bring you' Operation Transformation'. Running for 4 weeks from January 8th to February 2nd, at the same time as the RTE programme, we are going to offer you some easy and fun ways to get fit and healthy in 2018. We will be running Zumba, Yoga and Dance Aerobics classes. There will be a weekly weigh in and walk every Wednesday at 10:30. We also have plenty of healthy keep fit ideas for the children.
